The 2 sales clerks were very knowledgable, picked out 4 options from which to choose for the occasion (graduation) and then knew the school's official colours which made my choice very easy. Very happy, pleasant and knew the product.

the sales person was very knowledgeable in the product I was asking about and was quick in getting an answer back to me for other products I was interested in but didn't purchase. the sizes were available for what I was looking at and the sales person didn't try to push other products on me I didn't want. the sales person asked if I was finished with looking before cashing out and told me if they didn't have the product I was looking for up front instead of saying they have it in the colour or size I wanted and then looking for the product in that size and colour and they don't have it on hand or I have to go somewhere else for it or I have to order it. the sales person was very accommodating and very quick to solve any problems that happened.

The sales associate was very nice. She helped me exchange a gift item for a different size although I bought the item 5 months ago.
