Sales lady (Heather) was happy to serve us. She was knowledgeable and helpful with the items in the store. She made sure the bracelet I purchased fit me. After we completed the sale we decided to buy another charm and she was more than happy to accommodate us.

I originally went into the store with a friend not expecting anything but the store clerk was so good she convinced me to buy something and to treat myself, so I you are right.

I walked in and asked for what I wanted. The ring was in the back stock and the associate that helped me knew exactly where to find what I wanted. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes.!

They had everything in the store that I was looking for and great service

The sales associate understood what I wanted, and recommended items to me based on that. She did not just try and push more expensive items on me, or completely disregard what I wanted. She offered me a wide selection of rings, and I tried them all on, to see what they would look like with the rings I already owned. I was able to chat with her with ease and ended up buying two rings that fit exactly what I wanted.
