My sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me several options to make sure I left the store happy. Experiences like this are why i keep coming back.

It was effortless, smooth and welcoming. We came in not 100% sure on what I wanted but had something in mind. The sales associate was patient and she helped with the decisions which made it an easier experience for us. Did not feel rushed or that we were taking up her time. Great experience overall.

I went to purchase another bracelet, have two already. They are different, but are filled with charms, one is from the essence collection, the other is silver original, the classic bracelet with the clasp. I wanted another, so chose the silver, pave, open ban, which I plan to put some of the charms on from the classic one.

the service was amazing considering how busy it was the day we were there. the sales person was very patient and understanding. she was patient with me while I made up my mind about 3 or 4 different things,

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, decent selection considering store was moved to a kiosk for construction at the actual store.
