Pandira gives good free ring promotion. A birthday bloom ring is especially meaningful for me. Also, how awesome rings they are!!!

Service person was lovely but things just took a while. Took a while to gather merchandise, took a while to enter it all into computer etc. That would be my only complaint.

Difficulty in exchanging products and using the promotion. The sales associate was not very helpful in providing assistance.

Sales associate was not as helpful as we would have liked. She was kind but she lacked knowledge. Also, merchandise selection was not good

I never said that I was not satisfied, it was neither here nor there for me. I asked for the item, the salesperson gave it to me, she informed me of the return policy and warranty, I paid and left the store. It was like and an everyday transaction.

Availability of sizes is lacking (48). Also when I asked the salesperson about a ring I was interested in, she did not know and didn’t check with someone else.

Suzy the manager at This Pandora made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Suzy was also discussing me to the other customer. I was first in line to see a sales representative and Suzy placed a customer who came in the store after me infront of my name. When I asked Suzy why would she not place me second, Suzy lied to me and said I came in after. The customer and another staff where taunting me making me feel unwelcome. The other customer also made a comment to Suzy saying sarcastically “Well I guess, you have the the power to put me first on the list,” and Suzy, Daniela (another staff, who made it clear she did not want serve me) started to laugh at me. Adult bullying in one of my favourite stores made me feel extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I will never visit this Pandora location again. My friend Jayne was with me and even she witness the whole incident.

I have never received worse service then I did from Jen at Pandora. I asked for a specific ring, she told me they did not have all of the one i wanted, i had to ask her to check twice and she gave me attitude about doing it then found it. i asked her to keep the rings at the cash as i was looking around with intentions of being earrings. in the span of 15 minutes she came back to us 4 times, not to ask f we needed help, but to push us and rush us to the register to pay for the rings. i told her many times i was still looking and she continued to rush me. i finally gave up and went to pay (if i didn't absolutely need the rings that day i would have walked right out and gone to a different pandora). i am so upset and anger with this service, i was truly looking forward to buying myself a pair of earrings and i didn't get that opportunity. I will NEVER be returning to this pandora and i will be telling all of my friends and family to also avoid it. I was rushed and made to feel bad about trying to shop for myself. Jen ruined my day and its unfortunate to say but ruined my view of Pandora.
