I was greeted immediately upon entering by a friendly and professional staff member. She was able to help me and answer all of my questions, gave suggestions and went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was taken care of. It was a great pleasure to have be served by such a friendly and customer oriented staff. Imelda is a real asset to the company and Pandora is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee working for the company. Very satisfied with the service and will absolutely be returning to the Promenade mall location, despite it not being the closest location for me simply for the service and professionalism displayed.

I was assisted very promptly upon entering the store. I appreciated this very much. Jada was helpful, friendly, and let me know about the current promotion without being too pushy about it. If I ever need anything from Pandora again I would return to this location only.
