i was just a bit disappointed the store has none of the item i am excited to find, its the" glossy sweet cherry " nothing serious

the availability of assistance a few days before valentine was great. i expected i would have to wait before i get served but as soon as i went in i was greeted and helped

Rep would not take tray out of glass case, took one or two out at a time. Made me feel not trusted. Other clerks and stores take out entire tray, and these were not priceless pieces of jewelry!

Item not able to locate

Well assisted to my purchase. Showed various products that I wanted. Bought items with cheaper price.

The catalog for boxing day sale is not organized. That makes it very time consuming to go through the whole book to search for specific items. Huge lineups form as a result.

The associate was a tad slow in her knowledge of items & locating pricings in the boxing day sales booklet. When I inquired about an item, her answer was not to my satisfaction - was asking about ring sizes and her advice/experiences.

Over all the sales associate Arshee was great, wait time was not long at all. the only thing 3 of the charms I wanted, this location didn't have.

I found the sales associate to be a little cold and she couldn't find the earrings I was looking for. I thought I would be able to move effortlessly through my purchase since it was during the week day when it is not busy but for some reason, she took a few minutes to actually find the earrings. Once she found them, she presented the incorrect style which we had just finished talking about. There are two different styles to the earrings I bought, one with a clear stone and one with a sparkle stone. I wanted the clear stone ones so after all that waiting and confusion, she pulled out the sparkle stone set so I had to wait yet again. I also found her a little cold. I normally shop at the Pandora in the RBP downtown and all the sales associates are wonderful. I did notice a difference in my general experience. They didn't seem as professional or knowledgeable.
