When I walked in the store nobody greeted me or acknowledged me. then one associated took another client instead of my mom and myself

wanted to exchange merchandise, store did not have inventory of 2 earrings we were interested in so have to go to another store

The location didn’t have enough stock of one of the pieces that belong to the new Reflexions collection and I had to go to another location not near my home. Also, not enough selection of charms for the new Reflexions line. Has only a dozen charms to choose from per colour, ie Rose, Silver, Gold.

The sales person at Shops at Don Mills location was very unfriendly. I was looking for something specific model and she was ignored

I was very Satisfied with the service TSZ was amazing he help us all the way

I was looking for my birthstone ring and they didn't have mu size

The wait for a sales assistance was a bit lengthy. There was a hostess that assured us someone would be with us soon, but it was still a little wait. This however might have been due to the fact that there was a sale

It was very busy during my visit and I was waiting for over 30 min just to get sized for the ring I wanted

It took a long time and I felt like everything had to be asked to someone higher up with who's been referred to someone higher up

The item I was looking for was out of stock in my size in the original store I visited at Vaughan Mills. The sales person was very helpful finding in a location that had it but it meant travelling to another location as it was out of stock in all surrounding stores except for one at Promenade Mall.
