Not clean the surface of cabin

I felt a bit rush when purchasing but I think it was because we all have to deal with covid restrictions. but the person was very nice.

I pick a charm and when i opened it, i received a different charm maybe its the same name from the list. at any rate i still like it and will not return it. Thank you Imelda for the service at Pandora Promenade.

Lack of merchandise, sales person didn't really know where the choices I made were

When I 1st walked into the store, it took at least 5mins for any associate to even acknowledge that I was there.
