I try to be as honest as possible when answering questions such as these, may philosophy is that in almost every situation there's room for improvement. Hence I never use Highly Satisfied in any survey.

Price. I am fully aware that this is out of hands on the store level. Hope that prices will equal or match the basic salary. I know this is impossible but just in case.

They are friendly and Imelda was great

Overall my experience was very good but there was somethings that you have to break the ice in starting and nothing is never 100%.

They didn't have the jewelry cleaner or the bracelet I wanted in my size. I chose another bracelet in the end and am on a waiting list to get a call when the cleaning kit comes in.
