too many items either out of stock or discontinued. Happens every time here. You change the books too often.

When you enter the store, you do get asked whether you need help or not or if you have any questions, not to hesitate to ask. However, when you do have questions, the associate (greeter) cannot answer and offers to put your name on a waiting list to talk to a sale associate. The one who greets you, should be able to answer question about the product and not have to transfer you to the next available sales person. Other than that, the service was perfect. The sale associate was polite and displayed patience. I bought a Mother's Day gift set.

I have felt better customer service during previous visits and this most recent visit was just OK, nothing compared to my previous visit.

Very crowded place. The availability of associates was very low. They had people write their names on a piece of paper as a waiting list , that was a very bad choice of service. Associates were very poorly dressed , foe example the manager was in a jogging pants and a t-shirt, one of her employees was in a ripped jeans . And they were very annoyed and not friendly at all.

My husband was given the wrong item that i had put aside, now i have to go back to the store, return the item i got and get what i wanted.. and its a 90km round trip. And they couldn’t apply my 15% discount i received.

Sales associate had little interest in looking for the charms and rings I wanted to look at. Several times she looked at her watch, said she didn’t know how much they were or if they were in stock until I asked if she could look for a particular charm. It was next to impossible to get a sales catalogue to look at. Although when it was my turn and I had a catalogue, several times the sales associate borrowed it from me but no one offered to do so when I was looking for one... it was terrible service from the person I dealt with but noticed other sales associates were very helpful and offered up many alternate suggestions.

The store was very poorly managed. Did not follow Covid protocols at all. There were way to many people in the store for the size of the store. Cash out took way longer than it should have. Line of atleast 10 people and one person on the register- then she leaves on a personal phone call, leaving it unattended, cashier comes out ignores the person in line for atleast two minutes then someone comes over “are you helping him” “oh yeah I will” then helps him, then someone else jumped on cash. Being a retail supervisor for over a year and a front end (cash customer service) supervisor for over three years, your employees need more training! There was a complete lack of customer care demonstrated, they cared more about getting more people into the store then having them waiting in line to pay for 30+ minutes!
