We were greeted immediately by Kiya at St Laurent Pandora. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and then went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gift for our daughter. She took the time to find out our daughter's interests and likes to find the perfect customized gift for her 19th birthday. She also let us know of up coming sales to keep an eye out and let us know about items that would be great for my daughter with exceptional needs. We will definitely be back! The welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location is phenomenal and I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter in soon to look herself.

The sales clerk Kiya was extremely patient & showed many options of how different charms would look on the either a bracelet or chain I was interested. I knew I wanted to purchase a piece of jewelry that I could personalize but was unsure what to get. Kiya took her time by 1st displaying a bracelet & various ways it could be itemized & then repeated the process with a chain. She was terrific at giving some suggestions & giving me an honest opinion that I appreciated very much. When I realized I had forgotten my gift certificate I had at home, she set my purchase aside for me. I told her I wanted to finalize the sale when she would be in the store & she even called me to let me know when she was back at the store. When I returned she was entirely at my disposition & wanted to make sure I was truly happy & satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate her kindness & professionalism & commend her on her great service.

The Pandora experience is always unique no matter which store you go to - the sales clerk at this particular store was very patient with my daughter and made her feel like she was the only customer in the store.
