i asked if the replacement would still be a year warranty from todays date. One sales associate said no..it would be back dated to the original purchase. The other sales associate said just keep the receipt as it will be ok within one year of todays date. Left feeling uncertain about the warranty period of my purchase

Always great service. Products is of high quality. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They take there time with you and you never fell rushed.

My husband purchased a bracelet with zircons and 2 rings, one gold color and the other one, silver with zircons. The girl was very polite but couldn't even give us a small discount or even the little cloth that you can buy for $6.00. I think when you spend $240.00 the least they can do for a client is offer you free of charge the little cloth to shine and protect your jewelry.

Even though it's Boxing day week and there was a waiting list, the staff was so friendly and patient. I can imagine all the grumpy people they had to face during the day but they didn't let that show at all. I was very satisfied with my visit and purchase :)
