The customer service was great. The environment was welcoming. The store was exceptional.

The sales associate was friendly, very helpful, and knew exactly where the charm i was looking for was located. She helped me with correct sizing on the bracelet i purchased. She really knew the merchandise.

The sales associates were eager to help. They answered any questions I had. They were also a big help in the decision process of which ring work best for me.

Rachel was amazing! My boyfriend had purchased the bracelet for me from another store and I had to go the next to day to get a smaller size. While I was back home visiting I decided to stop in this Pandora store to buy another charm. Rachel noticed my bracelet was way too big and I had no idea and exchanged it and now I have one that fits so much better! She also advised me on clips and spacers and now o won’t have to worry about my bracelet stretching anymore than they should!!! Will be visiting when I come back home to visit. Was highly impressed by the friendliness of the cashiers!!!

Moija was very friendly and helpful. The other staff greeted us when we walked. This is the only Pandora store I shop at.

I was pleased with my experience because as soon as I opened the door an employee was there to help me. Meyyona (my sales person) was so sweet and helpful. I am new to pandora and she made the whole experience very pleasant and fun.
