All sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took all the time we needed to size for a bracelet and rings for both of my granddaughters. Cleaned their existing Pandora jewelry.

The main thing was the availability of the products. I needed to get in and out and they had exactly what I was looking for. The process was quick and the associates were friendly. I was able to get in and out with no problems.

Their was 2woman that made me so many good options and there knowledge was up to standard about the things I wanted on my bracelet

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora experience because I received prompt, friendly and courteous service; and when I asked about the price of the fittings and charms, the young lady took the time to show me the charms/ fittings and throughly discuss the prices with me and after which gave me a bag to store my bracket in when not on use. I originally came in just to have my brackets cleaned, but wound up buying two (2) more items from Pandora. Thanks! Sherry

I always enjoy visiting the Pandora in Montgomery, Alabama. The sale associates are very nice and familiar with what I’m shopping for. I love the free bracelet event . I love the charms I purchased but the free bracelet I chose, the Pandora Moment snake bracelet will not stay closed. It’s a beautiful bracelet but I have to return it .

Tonya was very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful along with not taking the time to see if the customer had any issues with looking at the same items.
