Heather was amazing! I came in with the intentions of just looking. I always wanted a pandora bracelet and Heather really took her time with me and my sister to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was very friendly, honest and helpful. I wish she could have checked me out but instead I was checked out by Melanie the Sale Lead who wasn’t the nicest. She did not ruin my experience, although she insulted my sister bracelet by calling plain. All of the other associates were nice and talkative and made my experience wonderful.

Jessica was fully aware of the merchandise and she knew exactly what I wanted and she wanted it to that's amazing

Friendly courteous and professio al staff Not a long wait

The visit went as expected on Black Friday, many customers and long wait. Learned tonight (11/25/18) that the items sold to me on black Friday were incorrect. Bracelet and safety chain were not made for each. Promised 30% plus the 25% sale on a "last chance" charm, not on receipt and sales lady tonight said incorrect and also could not return the charm. Very displeased, so returned bracelet, incorrect safety chain and gave "last chance" charm to family member. Employee totally uninformed and customer suffered due to this and lost $38.00 plus tax on this transaction..

I shopped there on Black Friday while visiting family out of town. The store was very crowded but being managed very well. All sales associates were in good moods and working together to get everyone what they needed. It was a pleasant experience.

The item that I was looking for on Black Friday was available and I was very pleased with the customer sales associate (Gissel) and how she attended to my needs.
