The customer service was outstanding!

Store was nice and clean.associates were friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise. Only problem was they didn't have anywher to sit and i had.a disable person with me that needed to sit while we waited on an associate to help us. Overall everything was great. It was also my first time in a pandora store.I was buying a gift for my daughter.

The sales associate was patient and allowed me ample time to ponder over my selection and if I was not satisfied with my first choice then we continued to look at more items until I became satisfied with my charms and bracelet

Heather was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. She knew her stuff, and was quick to provide service. She was very attentive.

The store personnel was very helpful in assisting with my purchase. I was uncertain about how I wanted to decorate my wife's bracelet and the lady assistant guided me into the right direction. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will be returning for more charms shortly.

I was very satisfied with the service given at the Eastchase Pandora. Both associates that helped me were very helpful and patient. If I had a question or needed to see more then a few items before I made my selection they helped me along the way and did not have an issue with helping.

This Pandora store was easy to find and at a beautiful shopping center. The layout of the store was very nice and made shopping simple and delightful. The staff was kind and very helpful.
