I traveled to Montgomery, AL for the engraving on charms. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and I was able to walk out with my purchase!

The person who helped me was so kind and helpful I really enjoyed building my bracelet it was a very special bracelet for me so thank to the young lady who helped me and also to pandora

Placed an online order, in which my rings were a half size too small. Called the closest Pandora store in my state to see if my rings were in stock and I’d they could hold them for an exchange. Young lady on phone was very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival my rings were exchanged quickly and without any issues. Only thing was I had to pay a small tax upon my exchange due to the taxes online being less than in store.

Friendly associate with great service and great attitude. Very knowledgeable about what I wanted. Made me aware of procedures if we have any product problems.

For as much as I paid for the charms and bracelets and the sliders I was very disappointed in this product. It was my only Christmas present and it broke after wearing it twice. It was mid January before I could get a replacement.

I didn't have to wait in a long line cause I was the only customer in the store at the time and that made it very convenient for service. Thank you!
