My bracelet had changed to a rust color and I thought that I could not be clean and that I had to buy a new one. When bringing in the old one they were able to clean it and make it look brand new and I returned the new one I brought to replace it .

I was really pleased with the the sales associate knowledge of the merchandise and her pleasant behaviour however I was really disappointed with the availability of the merchandise I wanted. I have been there twice and so has my husband and each time most of all the merchandise was not available. I wished that you would keep more merchandise in stock. Otherwise my shopping experience there was great.
