The staff was not friendly AT ALL! No one greeted me when I walked in the door. The Sales Leader (black girl) was the worst. Heather started out a little short but she got better. Ultimately, she did assist me. I knew exactly what I wanted so I was ready to purchase. These ladies almost missed out on a sale with this horrible service! Do better.

Sales associate, Rachel was extremely helpful in helping pick out charms for my bracelets. She also provided great advise about having WAAAAYYY too many charms on a leather bracelet. I purchased two silver bracelets and she spent time with me "designing" them with the four charms I purchased and the 20+ charms that were on my leather bracelet.
