LaDazia went above & beyond to provide a superior customer experience. There were 3 - 4 reps servicing customers due to the influx of business on Valentine’s Day. While waiting in line I noticed that she was more efficient in getting customer to the counter and out in a timely manner. During the rotation, I was fortunate enough to be called to her register. Upon approaching the counter I was able to identify her source of efficiency. She was totally focused and dialed in on what the customer wanted. Once she identified my preference she went and got it. There was this one ring that I wanted for my wife that was not initially showing available; however, because she saw that I really wanted that ring she double checked her inventory and found it. I was so happy with the level of customer service she provided while remaining extremely efficient to serve others, thereby increasing the bottom line at her store. This is very rare to find in the retail industry these days and is worth mentioning. Hopefully someone in your organization will follow up on this and put this young lady in a position to reproduce herself to be more productive for the brand thus rewarding her for her efforts! 🙂

Even though the lines were long it moved pretty fast my experience was wonderful I will be back soon I love Pandora!!!!

I went into the store and the young lady that waited on me was very friendly nice and helped me picked out the items that I wanted. Did not rush me over here frustrated. She's very friendly and I will go back to her again on my return to Pandora and then the next couple of days.

The sales associate was really kind. She picked out a beautiful necklace and two charms. I even bought an extra charm for my own Pandora bracelet.
