Heather greeted me as soon as I entered the store and felt welcomed. I told her I was getting married in a few days and she was eager to help. I already looked online and knew what I wanted so Heather made the transaction quick and easy.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at pandora because the sales associate was highly knowledgeable about the products. Vanessa suggested other products to add to my bracelet that I would not have noticed. She was so friendly and it seems as if she was happy I was there. She made me feel like a valued customer.

even though one of my charms were limited edition they still wanted to make sure they didnt have one around in store and exchange the value of one other charm that i have been hopeful to get soon but since my peace ended up awful i was able to get it so i was a happy sad person indeed but grateful.
