I am satisfied with my experience with Pandora because the staff was friendly and understanding.I had to return a charm that was damaged to no fault of my own and it was exchanged hassle free. The manager also came out and informed me That I was wearing the wrong bracelet with my charms. She was very informative and knowledgeable. Also the sale associate was very nice and friendly I end up buying more charms and another bracelet thanks to the friendly atmosphere

I had a Pandora necklace that had tarnished. The sale associate (Dallas) was super friendly and efficient. She explained to me how to clean the necklace using the polishing cloth. My necklace looks like new!
