1st I was greeted when i enter, as was made aware that someone would be with soon as possible. 2nd. Diamond was a excellent sales person. She went beyond the call of duty to help me choice spacers for my bracelet and secured them on my bracelet. she had a warm smile and very professional. Good customer service is very hard to find this day and time. I was very pleased and I look forward to shopping Pandora again, and I will be asking for Diamond to assist.
