The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and she was very professional. Actually made suggestions for items to compliment my purchase and to help balance the jewelry. Outstanding customer service!

Upon entering the store I was greeted and quickly assisted. The associate knew exactly where everything was located and was able to have a quick turnaround time. She was friendly and welcoming .

The item I was looking for was discontinued but the sales person was very apologetic and could relate to my situation ( replacing a lost charm) she quickly offered to show me a very similar item as well as a solution that would prevent this from happening again. She even made me feel better about the act of carelessness on my part. Overall it was a great experience.

I just love my necklace and earring set my husband bought me! The associates were very knowledgeable about their jewelry and help me pick out the perfect one. I HIGHLY recommend them. We will be shopping again soon, thanks Pandora for such beautiful merchandise!
