I am highly satisfied because I came in the the store maybe 20 minutes before closing and the sale associate had no problem helping me. She also cleaned my bracelet for me. Ran all around the store looking for a particular charm I had in mine. Didn’t stop looking until she found it! I will be returning to this store soon
