I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The associate Diamond knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very friendly and also upon exiting the store the associates was very kind.

The customer service was excellent. We were in and out, meaning they helped us in no time. Also, it was super easy to find a charm for my mother. After looking at the displays they knew exactly where this charm was at to grab it for me.

Every item I was in search of, the customer rep was able to locate it for me. She was very professional and even assisted me with putting on my new purchases. She had a great attitude from start to finish.

I think you need maybe three people in the store. A line of people came in the store but it’s just so much the girls could do. Like for somebody just getting cleaner they shouldn’t have to wait that long
