Our salesperson, ShaKari M, went above and beyond to make our exchange/purchases meet our expectations! We got there around closing time, but with the time and attention she gave us explaining details and showing us examples of bracelet/charm styles you would’ve thought that it was early afternoon. She gave us her 100% undivided attention until the very end to make sure that we were satisfied. Excellent customer service! I will visit this store again simply because of her.

The Sales associate that worked Sunday July 11th 2020 who’s name is Porsha B was excellent with helping us gather a great selection of items to purchase . She was very knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to the hospitality from people like her during my future visits .
