This is not a complaint against Shakari. I visited this location on 10/7 to return a bracelet and the associate Brandon was rude and condescending. Brandon told me that it states on the receipt that the person who purchase the item has to be present. What the receipt states is that you have to have the same form of payment. I have the card and explained to him that I am an authentic user which didn’t matter to him. Clearly that is not on the receipt. Then I asked for the manager on duty and he gave me the number to the store and he answered the phone. Brandon has the worst customer service ever. He is not professional at all. I totally understand policy and procedures if I were making a purchase this would be the situation, but I was attempting to return. Pandora has defined lost my business from now own I will just frequent Jared’s. Brandon needs a crash course in customer service 101.

I purchased one item from the Lion King collection, and that interaction was pleasant. After that transaction, I inquired about the damage to my teardrop ring that was purchased late last year and thus still within the 1 year warranty. The associate explained that it could be exchanged and proceeded to attempt. Unfortunately, the store did not have the item in stock. I inquired if I could be notified when one might be available, but after discussing with the store manager, the associate said unfortunately, no. I inquired if the store had recently had the item in stock as I visited nearly 1 month ago to inquire about the damage then. The associate said yes, it probably was in stock then. I commented that the associate that day said exchanges could not be done in the store any longer so it was unclear to me the difference between today and 1 month ago. I expressed that messaging in the store was inconsistent. The manager, overhearing the conversation, nonchalantly stated, “oh, well, I’m sorry about that,” walked away, and did not attempt at all to rectify the situation. This is highly disappointing especially considering this was the store manager.

I purchased2 pairs of earrings - one as a gift. I was shown one of the earrings and purchased them. I was traveling and when I got home I realized the 2nd earring placed in the box was badly damaged and the sales clerk never told me.

The manager's was very rude. She has a really bad attitude and act as if she didn't want my business.

I was in the store looking to exchange a charm that was given to me. I was looking at 2 displays that were on sale qnd Jennifer wqlked over and took a display out and my rep told her that I was looking and Jennifer immediately got an attitude as if I wasn't a paying customer and I was in the store before her customer came in andI told her to just keep it now and I told my rep that I'm not interested in exchanging now and I want a return and I told her that was rude for her to take what I was looking at as if I didn't matter as a customer. The rude rep Jennifer customer didn't even purchase anything. I will never go in that store again.

I went in looking for some clips for my daughters bracelet the ones I was looking for only had one not two like I needed. So the sales associate that was working with me turned and asked the manager that day Jessica was there any of this kind on the displays and without even looking at what we were looking for she said no. So I said forget I will order it. While I was waiting on my daughter to check out with her purchase I started looking in the display cases and what do you know there were 2 of the exact clips I was looking for, so I got Jessica the manager to come over and ask here if there was some reason I could not buy these she said no and got them off for me but acted like it was extremely bothering her to do that. Not professional at all.

Purchase March signature heart for my grandson to give his cousin for birthday. When she opened it was wrong crystal in heart. I couldn’t say anything when she opened, didn’t want her know I picked it out for him to give. I Was embarrassed, but she told him she loved it. The receipt was correct for aqua blue crystal but clearly was clear and not the blue shown to me by sales person. Very disappointed!!! All charms I purchase have a meaning or memory. Just a $60.50 charm at this point.

We tried paying for our purchase with a gift card, but the machine didn’t work. It did however take the money from the gift card without applying it towards the purchase. We spent 40 minutes waiting around trying to get our money back. It didn’t work. No we’ve had to wait over a week and the $140 is still not back on the card. And when we went back to the store the associate tried telling us the card should only have $60 on it even though I had all the receipts to prove otherwise. So upsetting that this has been such a debacle. Never going back to the store and never buying a pandora gift card ever again!
