Customer service was horrible was not at all interested in what I wanted and did not give me any suggestions on what I could actually try. Coworkers frowned the entire time with hands folded as if no one wanted to be at work

The sales associate Brandi was very rude. They are all rude in general aside from Jocelyn. Jocelyn is okay. The rest is rude. Tried to exchange my item my husband bought me because they had obvious flaws. They exchanged the necklace after taking 5 minutes to examine it. Brandi to the necklace to the back for a minute and I could hear laughter from the back. This is very unprofessional. She came back to the front and didn’t say nothing but asked the other associate what date I had purchased the necklace which I had already told her. Then I asked if could exchange my locket because It had scratches and scuffs. She didn’t even look at it, just said they all have some type of scratches on them. Worst customer service at pandor eastchase Montgomery Al. I will never go back there. The item was purchased on march 15th

I took the survey and had my code on my last receipt and the cashier said it was not valid and called the store manager over and she only put in 14 number instead of putting all the number I had on the receipt and did not give me my 10.00 off cause I did not screen shot the coupon overall Customer service is very poor at Eastchase location...The cashier the two Jennifer have very poor customer service when the place is busy...Very unsatisfied customer because I took the survey and have my receipt with the code on it...

I was on FaceTime with my aunt buying her sister a bracelet with 4 charms and the sales associate was acting nasty as if she couldn’t hold the bracelet up

The associate 199057 was polite. Very sweet. During checkout she noticed I was paying with QuadPay. The transaction had already went through. But she went to discuss it with her manager to be sure. Jennifer the manager comes over. She doesn’t acknowledge me. She says to the associate “she’s not allowed to bring it back this is a final purchase” it almost seem like what I had done one was illegal. The manager did not give good customer service. As a manager I would expect MORE! she was very unfriendly. She was only talking to the associate about my issue in front of my face. She told the associate Because I used QuadPay that it would be final sale. Which left me clueless. She was very rude. I’m very sadden of what happen to me today.

I bought a sliver bangle for my sister for her birthday that she only wore twice she call me telling me that her bracelet turned and I took it to the Pandora store they told me to clean it with dawn dish liquid soap but it didn’t come clean so I was talked to rude like I was slow I will not be returning at all and I’m honestly thinking about returning every item I Recently bought and I will be cutting up my credit card and I will never walk in there again because I am very unhappy with my sisters bracelet

Returned a bracelet that was too small...purchased an initial charm...the associate stated that she was going to put the charm on the bracelet...she put the bracelet in the box and bag....so I assumed the charm was on the bracelet...got home I had no charm only the bracelet was in the box...tried to call the store to let them know but I didn’t get an answer and they closed at 7pm...now I have to wait until 11am today to talk to someone. I am very displeased and upset.

The sales associate was very rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t seem interested in the sale at all. She actually act as if we where bothering her.

When I enter the store I think the ladies was just ready to go they she rush me everything I ask her she was so nonchalant bad attitude cut me off didn’t really want show me nothing I mean she must had a bad day and took out on me not friendly at all never go back

It takes extremely to long to get service and check out. And you did not 2 of the major items I was looking for not could they be ordered.
