I feel as though the sales person was not very helpful. There was a sale she wasn’t evening trying to push that option or anything of that nature. I don’t know how you all training is but in retail I help to the fullest and also go beyond that. I had to ask pretty much about this and that I hated this experience. THE WORST

Bought a bracelet for my wife for Christmas. When the associate asked her wrist size, I said to use mine as comparison. The bracelet I received would barely fit a preteen. I am not a small, diminutive guy, so how that kind of mis-sizing could happen, i just don't understand. I will return to the store, but only because I have to so my wife can enjoy the gift I selected for her.

The sales associate, Alektra, was not very friendly & did not seem interested in helping me. I felt rushed and was not treated nice. I went into the store to pick out a Christmas present with my husband. We had decided to only get one gift for each other and mine would be Pandora. I wanted the Family Tree necklace but they were out of those so I choose a small locket with petite charms. Then I discovered they were out of most of the petite charms (which, I guess, is to be expected a few days before Christmas). I felt like I had to hurry up and make a decision based on what was left. There was not anyone else waiting at the time. The associate did not try to help me with another choice and did not offer any suggestions on other items available. I felt like I couldn't ask her to see items on display in the cases because it would be out of her way or too much trouble. She did not smile the entire time. I am so disappointed with my entire experience in the store, that I may take back what I bought because it does not feel special to me. It was not the Pandora that I have been to in the past. I have a nearly full bracelet, so I have a lot of Pandora. This associate needs some help!

I was looking for clips and the sales assoc showed me a tray and said they were all stopper clips. when I got the items home they wouldn't fit on the stoppers on my bracelet. When I took them back to figure out what was wrong with them she said they didn't fit the stoppers. When I asked to exchange the item and for what I wanted she pulled out the EXACT same tray and said these were what I wanted! when I questioned her if ALL on the tray worked she said oh no only about 5 do!! Poor customer service!

Sales associate didn’t try to help find anything because it we’re 30 minutes before closing as previous associates help and requests items.

Upon entering the store we were never told there was a line to get in for assistance. I asked about charms and sales associate acted like I was bothering her. I have a charm that I need fixed I pulled it out of my purse and the associate says that's not Pandora. I told her it was and she acted like she did not believe me. Then she did put my new charm on my bracelet, but did not give me a box or bag for it for storage.

The store associates were rude to customers and were not willing to accommodate those who only needed to pick up an order. They refused to clean my jewelry and informed me that it was due to high traffic during the holidays. However it was only 2 people waiting in line behind me and 5 store associates were available. She also told me that I would have to wait until after Christmas to get my jewelry cleaned. I do not stay close to the store and I was really upset that I was not accommodated during the time I was available.

I was not able to pick up online order swiftly and forced to stand in line with 13other customers that were ahead of me browsing. Returned later store empty Moiya assisted and was very friendly and helpful. Should be dedicated line for pickup.
