I felt like a “criminal” I could not touch items, as soon as I was shown a item it was immediately taken away I asked to see charms up Close but was put far away..I know it’s COVID and may have protocols in place, but with jewelry that you are spending a lot of money on I will like To feel it...felt dirty and things were kept in package.

I was dissatisfied with the lack of inventory. While I understand there are delivery delays due to COVID-19, the sales person was not up front with the store's lack of inventory.

I purchase a bracelet and when u purchase a bracelet you get a charm. We care, let’s stand together. They didn’t have any. Then I was told u can cancel and purchase online if you want the charm and I told her that’s not what the sign states.

I understand Covid19 is something we cannot control however with the store being open and no selection is unacceptable. What was the point of being open?

I was not given the option to browse. It was quand in line and wait for an associate. Did that for 20 minutes or more and once greeted still didn't get the option to browse was simply showed rings and nothing more.

This was quite possibly the most inefficient use of time and personnel I have ever seen. There are only two registers, and one was dedicated only to cash. Hardly anyone had cash and therefore, that register was useless. Customers had to wait in line for an associate and then wait in line again to pay. The associate had to wait in line with me bc there were so many people in line. This led to even longer wait times. Absolutely ridiculous.

To visit the Pandora Store in our area is a 60 mile trip. I tried to call ahead regarding the availability of a specific retirement gift and was asked to call back in about 15 minutes they were helping other customers. When our school representative went to the store the charm we wanted was not available which we understand, but it was as if it was "trouble" for us to ask to look at other options for charms.

I had a $10 off/$100 purchase. When I received the receipt to take the survey I asked the associate how long did I have to redeem the offer? She stated "there is no expiration date, however, something the ink wears off making it hard to read the validation code. So make sure you don't let that happen." Well, today I tried to redeem the code and was told it has been longer than 6 months, therefore, I would not be able to use it. Obviously associates are not being trained the same or stores are not honoring the same policy. Either way I am displeased.

This has the rudest associates. This is the only store that near me but I would rather drive to Birmingham. Luckily Jared is now in town. No matter when you go the ladies act like they don’t have time for you.
