Pandora Jewelry

The sale associates was not friendly.rush me threw my selections. I know the store was crowded but she was not customers friendly

The salesperson was hurried and seemed agitated with me and leaving me feeling hurried and un appreciated as a Pansora customer. Her expression during the closing of the sale was offensive.

Sales lady rude

The sales person was not interested in showing me product. Wasn’t personable, I wanted to get a new bracelet and something different from what I currently have. I inquired about the leather bracelet as I had seen it online but there was none out in the case. She acted as if they didn’t have but one. Pulled it out to show it to me. I asked if there were any others (which I already knew there was as I knew what was online). She pulled out a container and had all different ones and in all different colors. Handed me one shrink wrapped in the package… not easy to check it out in the plastic. Next I inquired about putting together a new bracelet, she could’ve cared less as to help me. Chit chatting with another employee… I bought a bracelet only because I needed it, not because she was of any help. So disappointed of Pandora, it should be an experience while you are there, it’s jewelry, it’s special. She did no upselling or trying to put anything together. So sad that Pandora has employees like that…

Sales girl KH very rude, I told her I was looking for a necklace and ring. The necklace I was interested in she stated "we dont have" no didn't offer to order. I asked to see necklaces she showed me 1 tray and said that was all they had!! OK lets me see your rings she asked what size I told her I wasn't sure her response "I need to know your size to show you them" Really?? I thought Pandora was a Jewelry store. I guessed the size it was too big, KH was annoyed, the next 1 I tried on I bought and left. Won't be back, she needs to go.

The sales girl was horrible. I am in Montgomery Al, so the work attitude is do as little as possible in the most amount of time. That girl no more cared if I bought an item or not…she just wanted to get back to the other girls playing on their phones in the back room. I was only allowed to try on three rings, and she told me the first two looked bad together. I did buy a $75 ring, but it was because I pretty much knew what I wanted, had I not you would not have made a sale. The a/c was not working, again. It was 90 degrees in the store and frankly, smelled like sweaty people. I was in the store for 10 minutes.

The sales clerk question my return that I explained I brought two days before returning after the merchandise was to little didn't want to exchange for the next size

Diamond S. did not know what I was talking about, and asked if I had a picture of what I wanted. I told her I did not and why would I have a picture from the Harry Potter collection or of the moon and star safety chain. She pulled the safety chains and said this was all she had. I had to do the looking and point it out. She then pulled the Harry Potter and told me to find the won I was looking for, which was Hedwig with acceptance letter. I had told her that they were a gift. She then wrap both of them in one sheet of tissue paper and put them in a bag and tried to hand me them. I told her again that it was a gift and do you have the white boxes like I have received in the past. She then stated they had them. I said ok can I please get them boxed and bagged for the gift. She did it but was put out for having to do it. I could have bought them on line but I try to shop in my community but I'm not sure I will go back.

She was kind of rude,almost dismissing me.I was just clarifying the charms I was buying for my bracelet and she got rude.

I wasn't greeted at all upon walking in the store . There was another aet of customwrs not beinf helped walking all over the store. I merely gave the sales representative an observation. Needless to Say she didn't accept my observation openly before become rude and snappy. All she needed to do was explain her process POLITELY . There is a way to handle ever situation .
