The sales associate seems as if she was agitated that I was asking questions. She then turned her back to me and I know she made some kind of face to her other peers-such as rolling her eyes or something. I did return to the store and exchanged the bracelet and she was a little more pleasant. I work with the public and it is very important to no show any type of facial expressions or any show that the customer is a problem.

Merchandise until three days later and had to return the bracelet to a Pandora store because it was way too small. Tried to call customer service and could not get no one on the phone after an hour of being on hold I gave up.

The was my first time visiting Pandora. The sales associate wasn’t professional well the one who helped me. The other two associates was focused on their customers. I told her I never been to Pandora. I was there to get my friend a birthday gift. She half way help me. I didn’t want her to pick anything out but her attitude could have been more pleasant. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. She asked questions in the beginning as far as what I am searching for or what do your friend like. It was busy but not that busy to where you couldn’t take time to help a customers and show or at least fake like you what to be there and help me. I didn’t know What to look for. The displays was. Stacked on top of each other. She was like the is friendship. I asked her what does the say on the charms she told me then looked away. She made me feel like me coming into the store way an inconvenience to her. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Now I purchased something but that’s my last time walking into that store. I don’t want my husband to go into the store to by me a charm I rather order online. That particular staff was rude.

I had to wait before being seen by an associate. She was standing and talking to another associate. The associate had zero personality. She appeared to just want complete the sale and move on.

My first time with pandora jewelers and I had questions to familiarize myself with the product. I felt like I was being rushed to make a decision and an inconvenience to the store manager who was helping me. I won’t be going back to this location to purchase and will use online or go to other cities to purchase.

I felt that the sales associate was not very friendly and was rushing me to complete my order. I asked her how long was the sale and she told me that "the customer who was behind us just literally asked that same question" and I am thinking to myself what does that have to do with me? I guess I was supposed to be listening to the answer. I felt she didn't want to be bothered and I am not going to say i will not return to that store but if she is there I will not be needing her assistance

Having to wait in such a long line and the store is so small you really can't look at stuff,because it's so many people. The associates were really nice. I will never go around a holiday ever again.
