The sales associates placed the incorrect pendant in the box. This problem was not noticed until it was presented to the honoree.

It was the overall customer service and vibe within the whole store their was know friendly smile and it was as if I was making the sale myself. I understand it’s what I want but offer something and charms need more of a selection. I will pay I have no problem paying but I will not feel as though I don’t won’t to go to that location because of the customer service the store is too nice not to have smiles that’s collecting money from hardworking people that makes money.

In my opinion, the associate seemed to act as if I wasn’t going to purchase or that I couldn’t afford it. Not knowing that I currently own 5 full Pandora bracelets, several rings, several earrings, necklaces, etc.

The sale associate spoke to me 40 seconds after I had been in the store then told someone else to help me.

Overall I was satisfied but they're merchandise options were VERY LIMITED. The customer service representative explain to me that the merchandise was low due to a previous sale. Both ladies that help were AWESOME. I still was able to purchase a last minute gift.

They didn't have anything to choose from inventory was slim to none majority of the items they didn't have. From now on I'll more than likely order offline.

I have visited 3 locations in the last 1.5 months and have each location has had very little merchandise available. This ruins the hopping experience and decreases my interest in returning to your stores.
