When I walked in I was greeted but No one took the team to help me individually they work making a banner for a child's birthday party. I basically knew what I was looking for asked for the item and left.

I was very satisfied with my experience

i have been a pandora collector for many years. its my obsesion. I love pandora.

I was highly satisfied.

There were limited Rose Gold selections and the merchandise seems too expensive for its size. It seems more name branding than value for cost; although the merchandise is beautiful. Recommend you consider additional merchandise for the average consumer.

The sale associate was not friendly, I was showed only the most expensive items, I visited the store because my bracelet was turning colors and no one resolved my issued.

The associate acted like she didn’t want to be at work or I was a consumer that wasn’t going to buy anything at that time . She didn’t want to help me take off my bracelet so I could put the links on my bracelet. Unfriendly she was. And I asked about another bracelet after I brought those and she didn’t want or know where to find them. Just readily unfriendly and unprofessional

The salesperson was not friendly at all and seem as if we were a bother to her. I felt rushed to make a purchase.

I attempted to purchase earrings... several were out of stock ended up settling on a pair in the display case,asked CSrep if she could clean them,after a ugly look she answered yes,then her LONG NAILS...cause her to drop them several times on the floor and they still had the black residue on the back ..I also bought my bracelet and charms in to get them cleaned and they looked the same when she gave them back, considering she was gone for less than 5 minutes I assumed she didn't clean them..

Prices were not the same as last visit
