The store experience went well. My associate was patient and friendly.

The things I wanted was not in stock

Felt that the sales associate didn’t want to wait on me making a decision.

The store was out of more than one item I needed to purchase and the prices were very high.

No comments.

Just the first experience and not sure of the flow of the store. If you know what you what this works great

at this location the associate sent me to the catalog versus actually taking the time to go through the trays and help me find what I was trying to look for after I had told the associate what I was looking for. I was at another Pandora location and the associate really took her time to help.

No particular reasons. There were only two associates and there way a bit of a wait. But...not too bad.
