I went to the 30% off sale and I was unable to find what I wanted. But I still purchased 2 items and the salesclerk was very helpful.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. And the associate that assisted me was very sweet and professional.

I was not given the discount on one of the charms. I will have to visit the store again to resolve the matter. It is a $30 mistake

I purchased the classic Pandora bracelet and two charms on my visit. Once I left the store my bracelet opened and fell off not once but twice. At one point I had to crawl on my hands and knees in Bath and Body works to locate one of my charms.

I enjoy going into the store to see the new items that come in. I also like shopping with my husband to give him ideas of what I like. He do very well without me telling him.

The sales associate was ok, but other associates have been a little more helpful.

The items I was looking for were not available besides the display

The sale had just begun on 6/14/18 I arrived a little after 6pm and most of the merchandise was sold out.

A lot of specific items I was looking for was not in stock

They did not have the charm that I was looking for , so I had to get my wife something else until the charm she wanted comes in.
