It took to long to check out.

I didn't say anything about not being satisfied

I am in a wheelchair, so space was limited. I could not look around freely, there was a line when you first walk in the door that we were asked to stand in and everyone else got there charms put on there bracelet before paying but I was required to pay first and pay and then she put my charms on and staff was not friendly they were just there to ring up or help. No conversation or suggestions were made. The overall staff felt like there was a lot of tension or frustration.

There could have been a few more employees during the holiday rush

Did not have wrist chart for the husband's so they can measure their wife wrist size they Christmas present if they don't know they wrist size so they could take her with them

One of the charms that I was lookin for was not available.

There were five associates working, and they had very little knowledge of what was available. A lot of my selections was not available, in which I chose. Overall I did find other selection.

Im very satisfied and highly recommend with pandora and all the staff

Every time I enter the store it’s very laid back and relaxed. The store is clean and the associates are always friendly. Never had any issues.
