Pandora Jewelry

There was not many charms to choose from.

I didn’t see the jewelry that I was looking for. They didn’t have a good amount of choices for my birthstone.

I was satisfied with my experience.They just need more supplies for their store.Everytime I go there they’re sold out for what I was looking for.

When we first walked into the store, we were not greeted. The associate was looking at paperwork, but didn’t greet us. Then the second associate came out and she did not greet us. They held a conversation even after it appeared that we wanted to look at some charms. Also, I was looking for the camera charm and they did not have it in stock. She offered to put me on a waiting list. Bummer.

The product that I went in to purchase was not available. The sales associate couldn't tell me when it would be available.The Sales Associate did not try to find out if I was looking for something else. She was going to just let walk out the store w/o making a purchase. Until I asked if they had another item i wanted.

I was somewhat disappointed with available selection. However, I do realize it was only a couple of days post Christmas. I also learned that one charm I was interested in is part of the Holiday collection ("Blessed") and understand it may not be available in the future. I (along with my friend accompanying me) was very impressed with my Pandora sales associate SHAKARI. She was professional in actions and appearance, seemed very knowledgeable of the product, was patient and as a new Pandora customer, she enlightened me on several things relevant to the Pandora collection. I used two forms of payment on my purchase and that was completed with confidence and ease by Shakari.

It was very busy in the store. I was not greeted when I walked in. and the workers were new so they didn't really know about the merchandise.

The prices were expensive and there were no volume discounts for the $313 that I spent on 4 simple charms. I plan to buy elsewhere the next time. I can buy a complete bracelet for that price.

The staff was friendly but there was a line and a customer that walked in was allowed to purchase a gift card while others were waiting in line to purchase gift cards. I think those who had been waiting to purchase gift cards should have been serviced prior to servicing the person walking in the door.

The service was fast. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The overall visit was very pleasant
