I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The workers were very kind and friendly. I will likely return to this store sometime soon.

My experience was not highly satisfied because the selection & price range was not as much as I would have liked. The charm I wanted was not in stock but was on display. I would have liked to have been able to purchase the display. Also, the sales associate kept putting trays back in cabinet while I was trying to select 2 charms to purchase for gifts, which made it difficult for me to look at all of the charms at once to compare.I had to asked her to please leave trays out long enough for me to look at charms to make a decision . She said it was store policy., but I was the only customer in the store during my visit.

I am satisfied. The purchase was a gift for my mother who wants the items. She enjoys having them. Each time I go in, the associates are cordial, but it’s never a warm environment in my experience. When it’s busy, you will get scolded if you browse and don’t get in line. They are nice enough, the atmosphere of this particular store is just a bit cold and uninviting.

The store needs more charms and bracelets on had to sell, choices were very limited, most trays were empty.

I was very satisfied with the staff at Pandora. The experience was good and friendly. The reason, I didn't give a highly satisfied because the store ran out of the free bracelet if you spent over 125.00 and raincheck was not available. On two different transactions, I spent over 300.00 with both transactions. Pandora this is not a good look.

I visited local Pandora store last evening to purchase a birthday charm for myself. I was advised by salesperson that a charm on my bracelet was stripped and in order to add a charm to my bracelet the bracelet would have to be cut. My Pandora bracelet and charms are very sentimental to me and I enjoy wearing them close to my heart. With mixed emotions I agreed for the salesperson to break my bracelet. The salesperson asked her sales lead if I she could replace by bracelet in store, salesperson was not as accommodating as salesperson which left a cold space in my heart instead she gave me a consumer affairs number to contact the next day. I still accomplished my reason for vising store and purchased a charm at full price where I felt customer service was not provided. Salesperson seemed very concerned and even called me the next day to confirm I contacted consumer affairs. In my opinion salesperson should be promoted or able to share her customer service skills with sales lead which was totally opposite of her.
