I visited three times. The first time I needed a mask. The second time, the store was closed for “the waiting list”. The third time, I was able to get in and purchase, but three people before me was able to enter without a mask (the associate magically forgot that they needed a mask).

There was not a large selection of merchandise available. I returned items that were purchased as gifts and it was a large hassle. I felt it should have been smoothe considering it was the holidays.

The associate was very rude. I asked her plenty of times to go through trays but she advised me that I would need to tell her what I am looking for but I was simply looking to purchase 5 or more charms but due to the rudeness only 2 charms were purchased.

The sales associate was very kind and polite. She was very patient. She went out of her way to show me ideas on incorporating the charms on the bracelets.

Salesperson very nonchalant as to the questions being asked. Wasn’t friendly nor did she have a sense of humor. Seemed as if it killed her to answer questions been asked or to even see merchandise until she figured that we were making a purchase.

I was at the Montgomery location shopping for my wife . She had sent me about 10 pix of charms she liked. They had 3 I ordered one off line . Hardly nothing to choose from

I was not able to purchase the bracelet that I wanted because they did not have it in my size and there was a fee to order it. I don't understand why I should be charged to purchase something that was not in the store but advertised. However the salesperson was friendly and helpful.

The representative was not very helpful in helping me choose charms and design my bracelet.
