All the staff are very polite but it always feels like I’m being rushed to make a decision, it would help if in one area, all charms were on display for viewing instead of asking the sale’s assistance to keep moving trays.

Not a very good selection of items I was wanting to purchase. The sales clerk kept leaving and going to the back of the store. I never knew why. I did opt to purchase items but spent more than I intended.

I just purchased the jewelry today. I need a month or more to determine the quality of my purchase items. I will wear my purchase items daily to determine the quality of the product.

wait time was long & not much to chose from

The sales representative wasn’t knowledgeable enough. She didn’t have much for us to choose from. The stock was low at the time and there wasn’t a large variety available

Some of the staff was a little rude and unfriendly

Associate seemed new and first told me she didn't have bracelet I was looking for. She then found it after I was telling her I wanted charms. She offered a discount during che kout but didn't let me know before so I could bring my badge. Overall, still good/expected service

To be honest I never give a perfect score because I’m sure it’s always something that can done better even if for that moment they were .
