I was but in store didn’t have the same sales as online, had my mind made up on what I wanted and it was much higher or didn’t have it.

The AC was broken and the portable AC unit had the store temp in the high 80 close to 90. I feel that if a shopper would spend money in a hot store they should get something back in return. Half off next purchase or something to show that PANDORA (Owner) cares about the customer.

The selection of charms for the bracelet I have is very limited. They are small. I think it will take a while to fill the bracelet.

Did have everything I was looking for

I was completely satisfied with my experience although I wish your company sold items with ruby stone for my birthday month.

I left bracelet to get cleaned and went shopping and when I returned the bracelet wasn't clean. I was told it would take some time and that was not. I still will shop at the location because overall her service was fine.

Service could have been better and the timing was a little wait before I was ask how could I be helped

There were not a lot of charms to choose from, everything I needed/wanted was not there. I really wished they’d a bigger selection of charms, or that it was a way for them to keep all popular charms stocked.

There is very little inventory in the store closest to me. I received my first bracelet for Christmas and have had little success finding the charms that appeal to me.
