Nothing is perfect, but I do not have any complaints. The stock was low because of Mother's Day.

The overall experience was ok. The store itself is clean and pleasing to the eye. The displays to show the charms should have been better organized and jewelry clean. When I was shown a bracelet, it left a tarnished mark on my finger. And it's still on my finger today. The sales associate, though she was nice and helpful, her enthusiasm could have been better with going the extra mile since no one else was waiting to be serviced. Especially if you are spending more than $200.

Long line, had to be in line- unable to look at merchandise without worrying about line. Large & X Large bracelets not available in store. Store personnel not friendly-attitude buy it or not-she didn’t care. So I placed order in Nashville, TN

I was giving a recommendation you an item in order to get the sales promotion then the sales associated for me that item is no longer in stock. I was disappointed because I didn't come in for the item anyway and she convinced me to get it I fell in love with it and then it wasn't in stock.

Upon entering, the sales associate didn’t appear approachable or friendly. Therefore, I opted for another that seemed like she was willing to help me.

The sales associate was not cheerful. She had a stare of like hurry up. I was like it’s my daughter’s birthday,I want the certain fit she was all dull, but I didn’t let it bother me i went ahead made my purchase so i could leave. want let her assist me anymore this was the 2 second time she was the same the previous visit and it wasn’t even my fault the system canceled my free item and she didn’t want to assist with letting me select asked me to come back the next day. A manager end up getting it fixed before I left the store.
