The salesperson "Vinnie" was so pleasant and informative, plus she had great suggestions on future purchases.

Rachel was very well versed in the inventory and made wonderful suggestions. I was looking for a birthstone charm for my bracelet and a birthday present for my best friend of 27 years and came up with the perfect charm. I loved the charm so much I bought one for myself along with a safety chain. She also introduced me to the Essence Collection and I ended up buying a bangle with 4 charms. I will be back in to purchase Christmas presents and will gladly ask for her when I go. She's a jewel.

I noticed the displays where empty in some places and a bit dusty. The salesperson was nice but not really helpful. Did not really have what I was specifically looking for.

I felt like the salesperson rushed me when I was trying to make a decision on my purchase.

'No Reason

I wanted to purchase two rings but there were none in the store for one of my fingers

One young lady had an attitude when I tried to approach her which was a turnoff but the young lady that helped me was great!!

I have purchased online before without any issues. This was my first time purchasing in the store. The associate seemed as though we were bothering her. She had an attitude. I asked to look at the clearance section first but I actually didn’t purchase anything from the clearance. It was just my time in the store and I didn’t made to feel like my money was important there.

Very busy & not enough staff... wait was extremely uncomfortable for handicap shoppers.

It was the day before Valentine’s Day and the store was crowded. I was in line approximately 45 minutes before reaching the counter. There were additional staff in the store to assist customers it was just a slow process.
