Store location, friendly customer service, knowledge of the merchandise by the sales associates, warm welcome when enteringthe store. the smile on the sales associates face was one in a million.

My visit to the store was enjoyable because I was greeted when I walked through the doors. The sales associate was nice and knowledgeable. I was able to get what I wanted at a reasonable price.

The ladies in the store were very friendly. Several of them asked if they could assist me. Each of the ladies knew how to make the customers feel welcome. While I was in the store everyone that entered the store made a purchase.

This was the first time my husband and I visited a Pandora store. The staff were very professional. The salesperson, Kowonda was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and very helpful. Her smile and friendly spirit set a great atmosphere for our shopping experience. She immediately told us about the extra 40% off select merchandise which was very helpful in our selection and purchase.

I'm always satisfied. Customer service is excellent and they are always helpful. I visit the store at least twice a week.

The staff is very kind

I has a issue with sales associate Jessica. Very rude and snappy. I did return a merchandise because it was stated I couldn't exchange due to the promotion so a store credit was given. She proceded to tell me that I couldn't use the store credit at that time and that I needed to wait. When I asked for a manager she just looked at me with her face frowned up and never budged. Another associate went and got the manager. She was just rude and nasty talking when ever a question was asked. She was the same the day before. Do not want her to ever assist me and she wasn't even the one assisting me it was someone else and she took over being rude

I was very pleased with the availability of merchandise. I was also very pleased with the exceptional service I received from Shontrice. I was also informed of upcoming sales and events

Shontrice was so kind, she called to make me aware of the promotion. She followed up by gathering my request so that I could view. When my husband came in to pickup, she had my order organized, marked by name and made it very easy.
