The customer service was great

The staff was pleasant to deal with even when it was clear that their portable electronic devices were not working properly. The store did not have all the charms I was hoping to purchase but the associate was able to help me with alternatives. She also showed me how to open the bangle bracelet and place the charms.

I was thankful that I got the same sales person, and she was just as friendly as the first time. She was very professional and helpful in showing the merchandise. But it was not just her being professional, but I notice the sales person net to her taking time and patience with a customer. I'm sure I will be returning to this store for more purchases.

I was very satisfied the line was long but it didn't take very long to get waited on I told the sales person what I was looking for she helped me find it and I was out and a very short period of time without feeling rushed
