I came in the store to purchase a birthday gift for my sister, the sake associate was very helpful, with my selections. I wanted to purchase a charm for an aunt and the store didn't have the item in stock. Due to the sale associate she helped me to choose other charms which I was highly satisfied with and my sister was over joyed

The sales associate that assisted us with our purchase for our anniversary was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a little disappointed because they did not have the charm that I wanted, but he suggested another one that was just as beautiful. I ended up getting two charms as a first anniversary present and they are beautiful!
