I am a frequent Pandora shopper. Although the sales associate appeared to be new, she was very helpful and provided me with the items I wished to purchase.

Everyone was friendly. The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful to me. She made suggestions that I was very happy with.

Melanie was very helpful and went over and beyond to find a bracelet to fit my arm. She didn't mind showing me different items... Before I left she gave ma a card and stated if i needed anything or had questions to give her a call...

I was trying to locate two charms online and they were sold out and find them at EastChase in Montgomery and they agreed to hold them for me. The sales associates were very polite and helpful. I liked this location more than the one in the Galleria in Hoover
