The sales person was very helpful and nice. It was my first time in the store and she took her time to help me pick some good stuff. And my wife did what the sale person said she was going to cry because it was beautiful. I really appreciate it.

They were very friendly and helpful.

The ease of returning the merchandise for something else that i preferred. The associate was helpful by finding something that fit my needs although the product i wanted wasn't in stock.

Always wanted a Pandora bracelet and my daughter surprised me on mother's day. I had to get a larger bracelet and the lady who helped was excellent!

Received a snake chain bracelet with five heart charm collections from my son for Mothers Day. Had to exchange bracelet for a larger size. The associate was very knowledgeable of my needs. She also assisted me with placing stoppers in my outter charms. Original purchase associate did not provide.

I went to the store to purchase my mom a gift for Mother's Day. The associate was nice and it didn't take long for me to purchase my item.

The staff were well organized with dealing with so many customers. The selection of beads were fantastic. The sales person was very helpful in suggestions to make my mom's mother's day bracelet even more special.

My sales associate was Meyyona she was very nice. My daughter Aubrey and I were there to buy my wife something for mother's day. Meyyona greeted us as we came in the door and told use when we were ready she would take care of us. When we were ready to look for our purchase in detail Meyyona not only answered my question, but my daughter's questions as well. Meyyona was very friendly and informative, she made recommendations that I will consider for future purchases. Sella the manager was also nice and friendly as well. She asked me if I needed help and she let me out, because it was past closing when we left. I was a great experience thanks to Meyyona maybe she will get a badge with here name on it and some kudos to go along with it.
